MYROL, BROCK WARREN - CST.  Regimental No. 51874

Cst. Brock Myrol was born on the 21st of May 1975, in Outlook, Saskatchewan. Brock was shot and killed on March 3, 2005, while on a routine investigation at Rochfort Bridge. 

Brock completed training at Depot on February 7, 2005, at which time he was engaged in the Force and was posted to "K" Division, Alberta at Mayerthorpe Detachment where he worked in General Policing.  Brock dreamed of joining the RCMP and had started a very promising career with the Force.  Although he was a new member at Mayerthorpe Detachment, he made a lasting first impression.  Those who worked with him respected and admired him and believed he showed great promise as a member of the RCMP.  Brock was respected for his dedication and his initiative.  He was known for his love of adventure and for his sincere and lasting friendships.  Brock enjoyed life and always sought to bring humour whenever he could. 

Brock leaves behind, his fiancee Anjila Steeves, his parents Keith and Colleen, and his sister Kalhanie.
